Happy Friday Year Three.
We have come to the end of our final week of the year. I have really enjoyed teaching you this year and I hope you all have enjoyed yourself too.
I wish you all the very best for Year Four and I am sure you will be just as amazing for Miss Strawford.
Here are your final tasks in Year Three…
But that doesn’t mean you should not do any work over the summer. While you are enjoying your summer holidays you could spend 30 minutes a day practising your times tables or go over your spellings.
Literacy Task
Today for literacy we will be using key features in order to write our own composition.
Please make sure that you are completing all parts of the lesson and are answering questions in your home learning book.

For your final reading task for year Three I would like you to write a book review of the current book you are reading.
Remember to give examples to support your statements and use lots of adjectives.
Maths Task
This week I have set you a mathletics booklet to complete throughout the week. The booklet is on ‘Problem solving’.
Follow the link below to take you to the attachment.
Art Lesson
As our final lesson in year Three I though we could have a lovely Art lesson on drawing with interesting texture.
You can be as experimental as you like. Follow the link below to take you to your lesson.
Enjoy your lesson!
DRAWING SKILLS: HOW CAN WE USE TEXTURE TO MAKE OUR DRAWINGS MORE INTERESTING?
PE – MUSIC
Have you looked at our PE and Music Blogs recently?
Every week Miss Durrant sets PE and sports activities for everyone to try at home.
Mr Postles posts videos in which he talks about learning how to sing and play music, famous composers etc.
You can access these two blogs by clicking on PUPILS section and then on PE or MUSIC.
Enjoy the rest of your summer holidays and stay safe!
