I hope you have enjoyed writing about elves and sprites. This week you’re going to pretend to be a journalist writing a newspaper article. In today’s lesson, you will continue to read a newspaper article and analyse the features of articles. Later during the week, you will review how to use direct and indirect speech and the use of speech marks.

This week in Literacy you are working through a new booklet released by Pie Corbett called: The Ultimate guide to Elves and Sprites. The purpose of the activities is to help you revise how to write a report or information text. At the end of the week, you will be writing an information text about Elves and Sptites.
